About

Stand Up & Wear It is more than just a shop—it’s a movement. Our shirts turn you into a walking billboard for the causes you believe in, from democracy and human rights to science and allyship. Each design features powerful phrases chosen by Bruce and brought to life by Rebecca, a father-daughter duo using creativity to inspire change.

With every purchase, we donate proceeds to the ACLU—or message us with a nonprofit you’d like us to support. Wear your values. Stand up. Speak out. Change the world, one shirt at a time.

Our Story

9F3AE2F6-8917-46AC-907C-29388F861C88_1_105_c.jpeg

We’re fed up with watching the dismantling of our country. Sitting back and staying silent is not an option. It all started when Bruce received a Protect Trans Kids shirt from Rebecca for Christmas. Every time he wore it, strangers stopped him to say thank you. That simple act of wearing his values sparked an idea—why not make it easier for others to do the same?

Bruce believes in being a walking billboard for the causes that matter—democracy, human rights, science, allyship, and more. With the help of his daughter Rebecca, a graphic designer, they created Stand Up & Wear It, a collection of shirts featuring powerful phrases that make a statement. But this isn’t about profit—it’s about supporting the movements we wear. Proceeds from each sale go to the ACLU by default, but we’re happy to donate to other nonprofits doing meaningful work—just let us know where you want your proceeds sent!

This is a passion project. Our shirts are print-on-demand to reduce waste, and we’re keeping costs as low as possible while ensuring donations go where they’re needed.

We are living in unprecedented times. Now is not the time to be silent. Now is the time to stand up, speak out, and wear your values.
